Alan Sinclair leads our Consulting practice in Auckland
Alan has had consulting and senior executive roles over the past 25 years in the UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has extensive experience in programme management, IT strategy and business improvement programmes. Most of his work has been helping clients lead major change initiatives to deliver specific organisational benefits, usually involving some combination of strategy, process, technology and organisational improvements. In addition to leading our team in Auckland, Alan is responsible for our National Operations Consulting group which specialises in supply chain, procurement, process improvement and shared services advisory services. He has worked successfully across public and private sector organisations and believes his insights from having held CEO and GM roles help him ensure our services are tailored to our clients' circumstances, relevant and practical.
