Ian is a Partner in our Transaction Services Group in Auckland and has been with PwC for 17 years.
Ian has provided a range of transaction services including financial due diligence (buy side and sell side), acquisition accounting, IPO listings, review of forecasts/projections and cross border investigations. These assignments covered a number of industries including dairy, entertainment, media, consumer products, telecommunications, waste management, manufacturing, forestry and industrial products.
Ian has extensive experience assisting clients raising capital in compliance with the Securities Act 1978 and the Securities Regulations 1983/2009. Ian has undertaken a wide range of Investigating Accountants roles in association with capital raisings including observing the due diligence processes instigated by due diligence committees and completing the required due diligence roles on financial information included in offer documents.
