Keren specialises in the Media & Entertainment, retail, consumer and industrial products, and technology sectors. She is the Assurance People & Culture partner, lead partner for the PwC Scholarship Program and a PwC Foundation Trustee.
She has been with PwC for 18 years and has experience in the UK, Canada & New Zealand. Keren brings her highly effective communication skills and experience to ensure clients receive proactive, timely and relevant advice.
Keren also has an accomplished understanding of listed companies, private equity funded entities, and private companies. She has experience with due diligence and IPO engagements in both the UK and NZ, and she has significant experience on IFRS engagements and related transaction issues.
Clients include APN News & Media, MediaWorks, Rakon, Hallensteins, Billabong, and a number of privately held and private equity clients.
