Richard McKnight is the managing partner of the Dunedin office and is also an executive in the Private business team. He has had 31 years experience, 23 as a partner.
Richard specialises in the valuation of shares in private companies and acts as peer review partner on at least 50 valuations annually.
Richard has also had significant governance experience including 4 years as the Chairman of Otago Cricket (1997 to 2001), 8 years as a trustee, including a period as the Deputy Chairman of the Otago Community Trust (1993 to 2001). Richard was also elected to the PwC’s New Zealand Governance Board for the period 2001 to 2003.
