Robert is the Managing Partner of the Christchurch office and leads the South Island IFRS conversion team and is a frequent presenter on IFRS. He has completed a number of conversions for large complex groups of Companies, and is regularly providing IFRS accounting advice to companies as they work towards adoption.
Robert has over 18 years experience with the firm including an initial 4 years in the UK, 10 years in our Auckland practice and the last 8 years in our Christchurch office.
Robert works across all sectors but with a focus on the Consumer and Industrial Products and Retail sectors.
Robert has also completed a number of significant special assignments as follows:
- Fraud investigation of the European operations of a New Zealand company
- Review of an accounting function to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
- Prospectus audits for a number of public issues
- Due diligence for both purchaser and vendor.
