Sharon Cresswell leads the PwC Waikato Assurance Practice.
Sharon’s career has been varied working providing both audit and advisory services to a broad range of clients, from private business to NZX40 companies, not for profits to large multinationals. Through leading the Assurance team in a regional office Sharon has taken the opportunity to deepen certain industry knowledge and strengthen her experience in areas such as corporate governance, processes and controls.
Sharon’s portfolio includes a significant focus on primary sector and manufacturing clients, particularly those involved in and around agribusiness, horticulture, forestry and energy. These businesses operate under various structures, and have accounting and audit matters that are unique to their industries. Sharon has a full understanding of these business needs and responds to them accordingly.
