Lynne is an Executive Director in our Advisory Consulting practice and leader of PwC’s Energy Markets Sector Group in New Zealand. She has led a number of infrastructure and utility sector initiatives since 1991 when she joined PwC New Zealand from the United Kingdom firm.

Building on her UK experience in electricity privatisation, Lynne has undertaken a number of projects for infrastructure businesses and assisted in electricity, gas and water industry reform in New Zealand, and Australia. Lynne has also worked on a number of aid agency projects in Asia, the Pacific and Europe.

Lynne's recent work has focused on market reform with specific expertise in price control, valuations, investment analysis, ownership reviews, funding, capital structuring and performance assessments – such as pricing, profit, service, asset, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
