Troy Florence

Troy values the chance to get to know his clients and their businesses, and enjoys developing long-term relationships. Some of his most successful experiences have been bringing together and leading teams, to provide solutions for clients in complex situations. 

As a Partner in our Auckland office, Troy works with listed and private companies to provide financial assurance and audit services. With a diverse client base, his focus is predominantly in the retail, technology, consumer and industrial products and services sectors. 

Troy has a broad range of experience and insights to deliver real value to his clients. Joining PwC in 2002, he has previously spent the early part of his career in our Transaction Services (due diligence) and Restructuring teams and continues to provide specialist accounting support for companies going through IPO processes. As well as working in New Zealand, Troy has also spent time on secondment in the PwC Transaction Services team in Beijing. 

During the weekends Troy loves spending time with his three children, exploring the city and going on adventures. He's passionate about New Zealand and enjoys spending time in the outdoors for exercise and fun.
