Mairoa Downs Limited & Mairoa Holdings Limited (In Receivership)
PwC (formerly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) Partner John Fisk and Director David Blanchett have confirmed the sale of Mairoa Downs farm.
Receivers John Fisk and David Blanchett have been working diligently with relevant parties on the sale of the 1,000ha sheep and beef farm, located west of Te Kuiti, since being appointed Receivers of Mairoa Downs Limited and Mairoa Holdings Limited, in June 2010.
As guarantors of Mairoa Downs Limited (In Receivership), the following companies have been placed in Receivership: Racewell Limited and Racewell Properties Limited. The Receivers are now marketing the business and assets of these companies for sale. Yet, in the meantime, it will be business as usual for all 15 employees.
