Copenhagen has already secured a place in the record books for numbers of delegates, journalists and observers. Next week another record will fall, when over 130 heads of state and government join the COP. While they will no doubt deliver worthy statements about saving the planet in the high level segment on Wednesday, will they deliver a record deal next Saturday morning?
