Claire is motivated by making a positive contribution to society. She is passionate about finding opportunities to deliver lasting changes to clients that can ultimately drive better outcomes for New Zealanders.

With a successful career spanning over 19 years in New Zealand and the UK, Claire has held various consulting roles in the public sector, including central, local and regional government and the Fire and Rescue Service. She is known for successfully leading change in complex stakeholder environments, particularly on cross-agency initiatives, with experience across the business and technology domains.

Claire consistently delivers across the business disciplines of strategy, operating model and P3M (project, programme and portfolio management). She has a Master’s degree in Public Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Local Government Management and is qualified in PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP (Management of Successful Programmes) and MoP (Management of Portfolios).

Claire likes to spend time outside of work with her husband, their two young children and two cats, Oscar and Rosie. Weekends are spent with family and friends walking, cycling and swimming at the local beach or pool. She enjoys yoga and jogging, which keep her physically and mentally fit.
