Karl has extensive experience in M&A lead-advisory roles, with a particular interest in the food and beverage, health and pharmaceutical industries.
Karl joined PwC in 2004 and is a Corporate Finance Partner and business sales specialist in the Deals team. Throughout this time he has worked with businesses of all sizes, which has given him great insight into what makes a company valuable to potential buyers. He has led a number of major negotiations with potential purchasers, complemented by extensive commercial input into transaction documentation and oversight of Engagement Teams and work-streams.
