Her candid communication, diligence, sharing of best practices, and collaboration assist her in solving complex business problems and helping customers achieve success.
As a Technology Consulting Principal aligned to the Salesforce suite, Kate focuses on fostering executive/organisational alignment on business strategies and customer experience goals, streamlining and redesigning processes, and enabling people with the right technologies. Kate brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and believes the success of a deployed technology starts with engaging the people.
Kate earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Secondary Education and a Master’s in Business Administration at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. She has also been an Adjunct Professor, Council/Board Member and guest lecturer at numerous Universities.
On a more personal note, Kate has road-tripped across the United States several times, missing only three states in her adventures, and has enjoyed international travel across 30 countries to experience the local cuisine, arts, music, architecture, history, and culture. She is very close with her four brothers and seven nieces and nephews, is a dog lover, enjoys dancing and karaoke. She spends most of her time outdoors either hiking, sightseeing, playing softball, skiing, weight lifting, and has dabbled as a stand up comedian.
