Lee is obsessed with building an understanding of how people really behave and applying this to make a difference for the people of Aotearoa. Every day he sees opportunities to create better outcomes, and loves working with public and private sector clients to do so.
As part of PwC’s Finance and Economics team, Lee leads a team of cross-functional experts, to use behavioural science to improve services and make a positive impact.
Lee brings over 15 years’ experience in the public sector, working for the New Zealand Treasury and the Ministry of Defence, here in New Zealand as well as in the United Kingdom. As a leading practitioner in behavioural science, Lee set up and led the New Zealand office of a behavioural insights consultancy practice prior to joining PwC.
