As the Chair of PwC New Zealand, Michele leads the firm's Board and is responsible for overseeing PwC's governance and corporate responsibility – two things that are very close to her.

She is a board member and Deputy Chair of Global Women and Chairs the Global Women, Women in Leadership Programme, which works to develop and assure leadership opportunities for qualified women, and mentor and shape emerging leaders.
