Mike’s governance experience also allows him to provide insight on how a board or an independent party can assist in navigating the complex world of international business.
He also believes that while managing tax issues is important in order to operate internationally, understanding what government agencies can assist with, what supply chain options exist and how to fund expansion and manage treasury are in his experience, often overlooked.
