Nicky is passionate about solving her clients issues and takes a collaborative and holistic approach to their requests, considering their business and social goals, anticipating their needs and then providing advice and strategy recommendations accordingly.  

As a specialist in property and commercial law, she has over 20 years of experience supporting clients through the process of negotiating and preparing complex agreements that address commercial needs, relationships, and deliver objectives for these projects. Nicky has experience in complex land development agreements, land transactions, lease documentation, construction contracts, incorporated societies, shareholders agreements, finance and security arrangements, supply arrangements, JVs, partnerships and OIO applications. She has a proven track record providing considered, pragmatic advice to central and local government land development entities, commercial property investors and developers, landlords, franchisors, and various high profile SMEs.

Nicky is an Auckland Branch Executive member of the Property Council New Zealand, sits on the Auckland District Law Society Property Law Committee and is a trustee of the Monte Cecelia Housing Trust.

In her personal time, Nicky enjoys going on adventures with her children, CrossFit, boxing, yoga, fishing, reading, music and dining out.
