Richard brings 30 years’ experience in providing specialist property, valuation and consultancy advice to corporate and government clients.

He is recognised widely in the market for his independent advice, project leadership and experience in a wide range of property matters across all property types. This includes properties and portfolio strategies, market and investment/financial analysis, acquisition and divestment, tenant representation (lease negotiations) and complex property valuations.

Richard was a Director of Wareham Cameron & Co before the company joined PwC. He has previously worked for Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) and the Wellington and New York offices of another Big Four firm.
