Steve McCabe

Steve is passionate about the protection of information to enable organisations to succeed. He is keenly interested in the ways in which the identification and treatment of information security and privacy risk offer real business advantage and can build public and customer confidence.

As a partner in the Cyber practice Steve is responsible for the delivery of security and privacy services to clients across multiple sectors. He has a particular focus on the delivery of differentiated and high value security services that use real world, data driven insights to create prioritised and effective security strategies.

Steve joined PwC as a partner in September 2014 having most recently been a partner in a boutique security firm in Wellington and head of Security for Centrica/British Gas in the United Kingdom. Steve has 15 years of experience in security leadership roles both in New Zealand and overseas.
