Enabling health and wellbeing outcomes for Kiwis through data, information and technology. This is achieved through clinical and business leadership with a deep understanding of the health and disability systems in New Zealand, alongside experience in information technology and digital health across public health, government and commercial organisations.

Health data and information strategy, roadmaps and implementation; digital identity, consent and authorisation; integration and platforms; data standards development, tools and governance; cloud-based applications and solutions; clinical and business architecture; building digital health capability, capacity and competency; digital health workforce development; ICT governance implementation, training and coaching.
An outcomes-focussed approach to health funding, system design and service delivery to incentivise innovation, integration and value for kiwis.
Focus areas:
Commissioning model development, health analytics and data-driven decision making, outcome frameworks, funding models, value-based healthcare transformation, service delivery and models of care co-design and implementation.
