Adam Rae specialises in providing M&A, international tax and structuring tax advice to a wide range of clients. As a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team Adam has worked on a wide range of transactions, due diligences and structuring in both New Zealand and internationally over the last 15 years.
Out of work, Adam spends time with his family and friends, cycling, catching up on reading and enjoying a varied taste in movies.
