As CEO and Senior Partner, Andrew leads our team of more than 1,800 partners and staff who are focused on building trust and helping New Zealand businesses solve their most important problems. 

He is responsible for all aspects of PwC New Zealand’s relationship with other PwC member firms and PwC Global. Andrew sits on the PwC Asia Pacific Leadership Team and the PwC Americas-Asia Pacific Leadership Team. He is also a member of the New Zealand Champions for Change, and the New Zealand China Council Board.

Karen is Chair of PwC New Zealand. She leads the firm’s Board and is responsible for overseeing PwC’s governance and corporate responsibility.

As an experienced PwC Assurance Partner, she is focussed on financial services and audits of large and complex organisations. She has been with PwC for over 33 years and became a partner in 2003. She has worked in both our Pōneke (Wellington) and Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) offices, in addition to several years with PwC in London. Karen was a member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the firm’s Chief Risk and Reputation Officer (CRRO).

As a Senior Tax Partner in our Auckland office, Peter has a deep level of experience working across a diverse range of industries, both within New Zealand and alongside multinational clients. Matt is an Assurance Partner in the Waikato office. Matt joined the firm in Auckland and has subsequently worked for PwC in Indonesia, Switzerland and Papua New Guinea before returning to New Zealand to lead the Waikato Assurance team. He has vast international experience having worked on large international acquisitions in Indonesia, Mexico and Canada. While in Switzerland he managed the audit one of PwC’s largest global clients. Matt brings a commercial approach to his clients and can draw on his varied experiences to bring fresh ideas.

Having grown up in Hamilton he is excited to be back in his home town. Matt is married with two kids.
