Michelle is passionate about helping clients to navigate deals, particularly financial due diligence. She enjoys working through the unique challenges and opportunities of each transaction to maximise value.
Michelle has over 10 years of financial due diligence experience. She has worked on a range of transactions across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing and agriculture. She works closely with her clients so that key deal issues are identified early and are worked through in a collaborative way to achieve a smooth transaction process. She regularly advises on completion mechanisms and believes that there are significant benefits to thinking through the mechanics in detail.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, preferably accompanied by great food and wine, and zoning out with a great book.
