Graduate programme

At PwC, the future of work looks a lot like you

Great learning takes place on the job and our Graduate programme is designed to launch your career from day one.

We’ll support your development from the start. You can choose to study towards a professional qualification, or take a break from the books and enjoy all the non-work related personal development available here.

A place on our Graduate programme is your opportunity to bring your unique skill set and perspective out to play.

Come work with our human-led, tech-powered community of solvers. Three great reasons to join:

  • You’ll be valued - we’re a people business.
  • There are endless opportunities - grab these with both hands.

  • You can develop both professionally and personally - come find out.

Eligibility

  • You’ll be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or resident; or a holder of a valid work visa allowing full time employment.
  • You’ll be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last three years.
  • You'll have a relevant degree - we’re pretty flexible on discipline, check out our business units for more information.

Timings

Applications for our Graduate programme will open in March 2024.

FAQs

Can I apply for more than one role?
No need. Because you’ve done your research, you’ll apply for your first preference. In the application form we also ask you to let us know if you’d consider other areas, once you have filled that part out we'll take care of the rest.

What does the recruitment process involve?
Our process has five steps - see them here.

Do I need to do a PwC Summer Internship to secure a graduate role?
An internship is an awesome opportunity, but it's not necessary to secure a graduate role.

Where can I attend an event or speak to someone?
We’d love to meet you! Keep an eye on our PwC Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages for updates, or follow Dominique Herewini on LinkedIn.

Besides the development opportunities, you’ll also get support from us in the following ways:

  • Welcome week - getting set up for success

  • PwC business tools training

  • Business unit-specific technical training
