Graduate programme

At PwC, the future of work looks a lot like you

Great learning takes place on the job and our Graduate programme is designed to launch your career from day one.

We’ll support your development from the start. You can choose to study towards a professional qualification, or take a break from the books and enjoy all the non-work related personal development available here.

A place on our Graduate programme is your opportunity to bring your unique skill set and perspective out to play.

Come work with our human-led, tech-powered community of solvers. Three great reasons to join:

  • You’ll be valued - we’re a people business.
  • There are endless opportunities - grab these with both hands.

  • You can develop both professionally and personally - come find out.

Eligibility

  • You’ll be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or resident; or a holder of a valid work visa allowing full time employment in New Zealand at the intended start date of the graduate programme.
  • You must have completed a minimum of an undergraduate degree in the three years prior to the commencement of the programme in February 2026.
  • You'll have a relevant degree - we’re pretty flexible on discipline, check out our business units for more information.
