Culture and networks at PwC New Zealand

We foster an inclusive, respectful culture where people at every stage of their career and life can bring their whole selves to work, feel a strong sense of belonging, and do their best work - free from discrimination. We aim to reflect the communities we serve because diversity fuels better ideas, stronger teams and a lasting competitive advantage.

Across the firm, employee-led networks and resource groups offer connection, mentoring, learning and advocacy to support your growth throughout your career.

Disability support

We are an equal opportunity employer and are currently writing our Disability Inclusion Strategy - including accessibility for both visible and non-visible disabilities. We already have two people networks aligned with our Disability Inclusion Strategy:

  • Endo and Friends - empowering people living with endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and adenomyosis at PwC to thrive through a supportive community, resources and education.
  • Neurodiversity Network Aotearoa - creating a supportive ecosystem that empowers neurodivergent people to excel at PwC.
