Chris Croft

Chris is a Partner in our Corporate Finance team with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory work. Chris’ experience includes advising private equity, mid-market and publicly-listed businesses on mergers & acquisitions, raising capital and strategic advisory roles.       

Having joined PwC in 2019, Chris brings with him 14 years of experience in both New Zealand and the UK across a range of sectors. Chris previously worked in the investment banking divisions of Houlihan Lokey and Goldman Sachs.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and young family and can often be found in his vege garden, cooking and enjoying a nice glass of red.
