Mike Morgan

Mike has developed a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions, after spending four years working in London. As a Partner in our Auckland office, he now works with key corporate clients and private equity firms and our corporate finance and transaction services teams on mergers, acquisitions and restructures. Mike is passionate about helping his clients understand potential risks and opportunities, so they can make well informed commercial decisions.

Outside of work, Mike is an avid sports fan and spends most Saturdays cycling with his two boys, running up and down the side-line at their soccer games or attempting to land that elusive 20lb snapper. An ex -Wellingtonian, Mike is still a keen Hurricanes supporter and has trouble supporting the Blues, unless they are playing an Australian team.
