Janelle George

Janelle is a Partner in PwC New Zealand's Management Consulting practice, specialising in strategy development and execution, business model design, operating model transformation and organisational reviews.

Janelle helps organisations set a clear direction and turn strategy into action. She works with clients to shape strategy, redesign business and operating models, and improve organisational performance, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a practical approach to solving complex strategic challenges.

Since joining PwC New Zealand in 2016, Janelle has built her consulting career across the PwC network, including time with Strategy&, PwC's global strategy consulting business. Prior to PwC, she held roles with HM Treasury in the United Kingdom and the New Zealand Treasury, giving her a strong foundation in public policy and strategic advisory.

Janelle works with clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, utilities, infrastructure, health, food and fibre, housing, education, tourism, local and central government, and the NGO sector. She is recognised for helping clients navigate complexity, align their organisations around a clear strategic direction, and deliver meaningful, sustainable change.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her husband Hugh and their two young children. She values an active lifestyle, balancing time outdoors with a regular yoga practice.
