Peter Boyce

Peter is widely regarded as a trusted business advisor by his clients and one of the leading tax advisors in New Zealand.

As a Senior Tax Partner in our Auckland office, Peter has a deep level of experience working across a diverse range of industries, both within New Zealand and alongside multinational clients. He has spent many years working on New Zealand tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, cross border transactions and corporate restructures, and is sought out for his experience in presenting key tax issues to boards, executive teams, due diligence committees and seminars.

Outside of work you can find Peter spending time with his family, at the beach or the golf course (when time allows).
