Mini has 20 years of consulting and business experience in both the public and private sectors. Much of her experience has been working with organisations in local and international markets to optimise their functional, asset and risk profiles. Mini also has experience in employing a range of skills to support organisational transformation, including business process development, business analysis, change management, business readiness and people and leadership development.
Mini works with her teams to create agile environments which are designed to build trust and alignment. As a key integration point, she is able to take an organisation and its people through an end to end change process, from strategy and operating model development through to implementation and execution.
Mini brings energy and purpose into her working environments. She mobilises her networks to bring the right people to problems and works collaboratively with organisations, their people, leaders and executive teams to create impactful solutions.
