Lindsay is a Partner in PwC New Zealand's Advisory practice, specialising in technology-enabled transformation within the Financial Services sector.
With more than 15 years' experience across New Zealand, Australia and internationally, Lindsay works with banking and financial services organisations to deliver complex business and technology transformation programmes. She has extensive experience helping clients modernise customer and lending platforms, improve operational performance, and deliver better customer outcomes through strategic, technology-enabled change.
Prior to joining PwC in 2021, Lindsay held leadership roles at KPMG Australia, where she advised major financial institutions on large-scale transformation initiatives. Her international experience includes working in New York and Melbourne, as well as secondments across India, Malaysia and Singapore, giving her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing financial services organisations.
Lindsay is known for combining deep industry expertise with practical delivery experience, helping clients navigate complexity with confidence while keeping customer outcomes at the centre of transformation. She is passionate about building trusted relationships and supporting organisations to create sustainable value that extends well beyond the life of a programme.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys boating and fishing with her husband, gardening, crocheting, and playing acoustic guitar. A lifelong learner, she is always exploring new hobbies and challenges, most recently taking up chess.
