Henry Risk

Partner, PwC New Zealand

Henry is a Corporate Tax Partner, based in Christchurch. He has over 14 years’ experience providing commercial and pragmatic advice to clients across New Zealand and globally, including five years with PwC’s Financial Services team in London.

Henry provides strategic tax advice and compliance services to many of the South Island’s largest corporate organisations, and enjoys developing innovate solutions to manage risk and optimise business structures and M&A transactions. He also leads PwC New Zealand’s Global Information Reporting practice advising banks, fund managers, custodians and brokers on global tax reporting requirements (including FATCA, AEOI and US QI requirements).

Away from the office, Henry can usually be found buried in the latest DIY project, chasing around after two young children, or (as a long retired ski-instructor) ski touring somewhere in the Southern Alps.
