Chris is passionate about assisting his clients negotiate the often complex and competing issues in the area of executive remuneration. He leads our Executive Reward Services practice, which advises Boards, CEOs and HR professionals on all aspects of executive pay and incentives.
Over the course of his career Chris has worked as a lawyer, remuneration consultant and tax partner, and has extensive experience in particular in the design and implementation of long term incentive schemes for listed and non-listed companies. His clients range in size across various industries from start-ups to some of New Zealand's largest listed companies.
Keeping a balance in life between work and family is important to Chris. On the weekends he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five kids. And when he’s not with his family, you’ll find him outside, as he loves fishing, watersports and tramping in the bush.
