Josh leads the Ōtautahi Christchurch Consulting practice and is deeply committed to supporting our clients in the Te Waipounamu market. With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance, construction and public sectors, Josh brings strengths in systems thinking, operations, change, programme management and delivery.

Having led numerous large-scale transformation programs, Josh thrives on applying his extensive experience to every aspect of design and delivery for his clients. He has a proven track record in successfully supporting the implementation of strategic change across various organisations and sectors.

A descendant of Ngāti Raukawa, outside of work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his whanau (wife and two children), most of which revolves around kid’s sport, boating, fishing and diving.
