As a Partner in our Financial Advisory Services practice, Ravi has had a hand in helping some of New Zealand’s most exciting individuals, startups, family groups, and listed or multinational companies stay compliant and grow.
Having cut his teeth on both sides of the Tasman, Ravi has a proved record of assisting inbound and outbound investments in New Zealand, including compliance with tax, accounting and other issues of regulation. What’s more, Ravi has been involved with several high-profile mergers and acquisitions in Australia and New Zealand, advising on sale and purchase agreements, acquisition structures and due diligence.
Ravi is a natural problem-solver, and enjoys the opportunity to help his clients overcome today’s business challenges – as well as those that lie on the horizon.
When he's not focused on agreements, Ravi's enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his wife, daughter and son. His other passions are food and travel (ideally, the combination of the two) as well as sport.
