Nevena is an experienced Transformation Leader with 20 years’ experience helping organisations navigate complex business and technology change.
Based in Auckland, she works with senior leaders to shape and deliver transformation — bringing together business strategy, technology, digital, data and AI to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. Her experience spans strategy through to execution, including operating model transformation, large-scale programme delivery, data and digital transformation, and organisational change.
Nevena is passionate about helping organisations harness the potential of emerging technology, particularly data and AI, in ways that create tangible business value. She brings a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to transformation, connecting strategic ambition with the capabilities, technology and change required to make it real.
Over her career, Nevena has advised and worked alongside public and private sector organisations on major transformation and strategic initiatives across New Zealand and South Africa.
