Tom Logan

Tom is passionate about developing trusted relationships with his clients, understanding their strategy, objectives and pressure-points and providing exceptional legal services to help them achieve their goals. Tom’s focus to help clients solve complex issues and grow businesses underpins his role as co-leader of the PwC Legal corporate and commercial practice.

As a specialist corporate and transactional lawyer, Tom has a focus on mergers and acquisitions, overseas investment, reorganisations, joint ventures and capital raising transactions. He also provides general corporate and legal advice across a wide range of matters, including shareholder arrangements, employee equity and incentivisation plans, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Tom and his team work closely with the tax, deals, accounting, consulting and private business teams within PwC New Zealand and globally to offer clients a unique multidisciplinary approach, focusing on delivering premium legal capabilities integrated with the traditional PwC service offerings to support clients in solving their business issues in a more holistic way. Tom’s experience working with a wide variety of clients and across the broader PwC network allows him to provide timely, effective, commercial and pragmatic solutions.

Tom likes to spend time outside of work with friends and family, and together with his wife, chasing their two young children around various sports and activities.
