Tom Logan

Tom is passionate about developing trusted relationships with his clients, understanding their strategy, objectives and pressure-points and providing exceptional legal services to solve complex issues, grow businesses, and achieve their goals. 

As a specialist corporate and transactional lawyer, Tom has a focus on mergers and acquisitions, overseas investment, reorganisations, joint ventures and capital raising transactions. He also provides general corporate and legal advice across a wide range of matters, including shareholder arrangements, employee equity and incentivisation plans, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Tom and his team work closely with the tax, deals, accounting, consulting and private business teams within PwC New Zealand and globally to offer clients a unique multidisciplinary approach, focusing on delivering premium legal capabilities integrated with the traditional PwC service offerings to support clients in solving their business issues in a more holistic way. Tom’s experience working with a wide variety of clients and across the broader PwC network allows him to provide timely, effective, commercial and pragmatic solutions.

Tom likes to spend time outside of work with friends and family, and together with his wife, chasing their two children around various sports and activities.
