For over 15 years, Rob has worked with Government and Enterprise clients to transform the experience they provide customers, employees and partners. His team specialise in the design and delivery of digital solutions based on human-centred design, because in the end it is all about people.

Rob joined PwC through the acquisition of Unite, a technology start-up that he co-founded to solve complex integration and automation challenges. Within two years of forming, Unite’s clients included iconic New Zealand brands across the Government, Banking and Enterprise sectors. After achieving rapid growth and a reputation for service excellence Unite was acquired by PwC in June 2016.
Prior to this, Rob held senior and executive positions with a number of leading, global technology companies where he supported clients with the delivery of large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
Outside of work, Rob has a large whānau with four children that keep him and partner Emma busy with their social and sporting schedules.
