Director, PwC New Zealand
Marcus is a PwC Director with extensive experience in Technology Consulting, the part of our business that helps New Zealand organisations strategise, develop and roll out technology solutions that make a real change.
Having built a career and a reputation at BT in the UK and Unisys, Telecom and PwC in NZ working with a wide range of public- and private-sector clients, Marcus co-founded his own business offering technology advisory and development for organisations seeking change. Then, in 2017, he returned to PwC as a Partner in our Technology Consulting team.
Marcus has shown his skills at delivering technology transformation to organisations of all shapes and sizes – from some of New Zealand’s biggest brands to smaller entities, and has taken his own company from startup to success in only a couple of years. He has an excellent track record of leading digital and technology transformation while reducing the wastage and therefore cutting the expected costs of significant change programmes.
Some of his more particular project interests are in business transformation through cloud technology, application development and modernisation – an example of how he helps Kiwi companies take a positive, confident step into the exciting present and prepare for the future.
When not at work, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids including taking breaks travelling around NZ. In his spare time Marcus plays Saturday league football and tries to fit some time in at the gym.
