Louis McLennan

Louis has a huge admiration for Kiwis with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are seeking to convert their ideas and hard work into business success. His aim as an advisor is to complement his client’s own talents and instincts, in order to help them maximise opportunities and navigate the various challenges they encounter on their road to success.

As a Partner within PwC’s Private Business team, Louis has the privilege of working with a variety of New Zealand private businesses, across different sectors and at various stages of the business life cycle. Whether it’s a start-up, an existing business expanding into a new market, or an owner considering their exit strategy, he is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals. 

While Louis enjoys working with private businesses on a broad range of commercial and financial issues, he specialises in providing tax advice with a particular focus on private businesses of scale, fast growth clients and high net-worth families. He has specific sector experience in financial services, property, healthcare and export businesses.

Outside of work, Louis enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lisa and their three young boys.  Louis loves to keep fit and is an avid musician having played guitar all his life.
