Nick leads the PwC Waikato Deals team providing advice around business valuation and financial modelling services to a wide range of clients. He focuses on understanding the business and personal goals of private business owners in order to provide practical solutions and realise value. Nick guides private business owners through the process of selling their businesses, from analysing options to identifying and negotiating with buyers.

Nick appreciates the sensitivities and complexity that can surround a business sale – many owners only get one shot at getting it right, and it’s certainly not business as usual. To achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients, Nick works closely with them to determine the best approach and then guides them through the complex issues encountered at each stage of the process, ensuring the sale runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Outside of work, Nick spends as much time as he can fishing, diving or just being on the ocean. He is also an avid motorsport watcher.
