Emma is a Partner in PwC’s Private Business team, working with ambitious founders and privately owned businesses to fuel growth and achieve their goals. A Chartered Accountant, she brings commercial insight and technical expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance and finance function transformation. She partners with clients across areas including virtual CFO services, management reporting and forecasting, and finance function optimisation and works across a wide range of industries – from superyacht builders to skincare brands and high-growth exporters.

She is passionate about using technology to automate and simplify finance and solve practical challenges for business owners. She’s known for helping clients optimise their finance function, build strong financial foundations and get real clarity on their numbers. She’s also driven by supporting women founders in business, and co-leads PwC’s Women in Business: Founders Series initiative – creating space for connection, learning and investment readiness for women-led businesses.

Emma is a mum to two energetic boys, an avid foodie and the self-appointed household barista, on a mission to perfect her flat white. In winter you’ll find her rugged up on the sidelines of the football field, and in summer, building sandcastles at the beach. She’s currently enjoying the challenge of learning to play golf.
