He aha te mea nui o te ao?
He tangata, he tangata, he tangata
What is the most important thing in the world?
It is people, it is people, it is people.

Ana has over 17 years’ experience working in the public and private sectors, including six years as a Health Advisor to an Associate Minister of Health. She is an expert in policy development and analysis, with experience in leading initiatives to address contemporary Māori health issues, such as health equity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi claims.

With a background in law, social policy and philosophy, Ana’s advisory skills balance elevated thinking with objective realities. She is also studying for a Professional Doctorate, designing a Māori health system based on concepts of Te Ao Māori.

As leader of the PwC Equity practice, Ana is passionate about addressing systemic wrongs, and wants every Kiwi to have a chance to live up to their full potential.

Outside of PwC, Ana spends most of her time completing her Professional Doctorate and spending time with whānau and friends.
