Robert is a PwC Partner in our Real Estate Advisory team. Bringing decades of know-how – particularly from his background in valuation and property consulting – he thrives on providing a strong analytical approach to compliment his many years of practical experience, as well as a clearly articulating strategy.
He joined PwC from Wareham Cameron & Co, where he built a reputation on – and became widely recognised in the market for – his independent advice, project leadership and experience in a wide range of property negotiations.
Robert now leads and delivers PwC's specialist property Capital Projects advisory services.
Robert's working week may include advising universities on how they can maximise the usefulness of their campuses, negotiating a property acquisition for a private business or leading a real estate development for a corporate client.
In 2017 Robert won the QuickMap Property Advisor of the Year at the Property Institute Awards.
Outside of PwC, Robert takes his real estate knowledge and uses it to help with the strategic development of the Blind Foundation Precinct in Parnell, Auckland.
