Partner, PwC New Zealand
Robert is a PwC Partner in our Real Estate Advisory team. Bringing decades of know-how – particularly from his background in valuation and property consulting – he thrives on providing a strong analytical approach to compliment his many years of practical experience, as well as a clearly articulate strategy.
He joined PwC from Wareham Cameron & Co, where he built a reputation on – and became widely recognised in the market for – his independent advice, project leadership and experience in a wide range of property negotiations.
Robert now leads and delivers PwC's specialist property and project advisory services to a growing number of corporate, institutional and government clients.
Robert's working week may include advising universities on how they can maximise the usefulness of their campuses, negotiating a property acquisition for a private business or leading a real estate development for a government agency.
In 2017 Robert won the QuickMap Property Advisor of the Year at the Property Institute Awards.
Outside of PwC, Robert takes his real estate knowledge and uses it to help with the strategic development of the Blind Foundation Head Office in Parnell, Auckland.
In this Spotlight video on Real Estate, Rob discusses how to optimise opportunities and solve complex property issues by developing and managing real estate strategies.
