Hamish Elliott

Hamish is a Partner based in our Wellington office. He specialises in digital transformation programme delivery, working with clients across New Zealand to orchestrate and deliver complex large-scale change and strategy execution. Digital transformation is one of the most critical and complex challenges that New Zealand organisations face to keep pace with changing technology trends and societal expectations. 

Hamish is driven by helping clients to navigate through these complexities and challenges to achieve sustained outcomes. He champions the business and human side of transformation - engaging users and customers through the design and implementation process - because when they are engaged and have input, the solution fits them: they own it, they trust it, and they adopt it.

Hamish co-leads our Business Adoption capability, providing business analysis, business process management, and change management services to help clients integrate technology solutions into their business and drive change adoption by end users and customers. 

Outside of work, Hamish is an opera and classical music fan. As a Trustee of Chamber Music New Zealand, he actively supports the performing arts sector to nurture love and understanding of music, create remarkable experiences throughout Aotearoa, and support New Zealand performers and composers.
