Ben is a Partner in PwC New Zealand's Deals practice, specialising in Corporate Finance and Infrastructure.
Ben advises clients across the private and public sectors on complex infrastructure and project-based transactions. With expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions, valuations, project finance and capital structure advice, he helps organisations navigate significant commercial decisions with confidence and achieve practical, long-term outcomes.
Ben joined the firm as a graduate and progressed through every stage of his career to Partner. During this time, he worked in PwC's London Deals practice with the Valuations and Corporate Finance teams before returning to New Zealand, building extensive experience across corporate finance, valuations and infrastructure advisory.
Ben works with infrastructure investors, corporates, ports, councils and council-controlled organisations, with a particular focus on the utilities and transport sectors. He is recognised for helping clients cut through complexity, whether they are navigating an acquisition, determining the value of an asset, considering funding options or making strategic ownership decisions.
Throughout his career, Ben has led on several significant New Zealand transactions and projects across the ports, energy, transport and local government sectors. He is passionate about building trusted relationships and helping clients make informed decisions that create lasting value.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, following almost any sport and travelling whenever he gets the opportunity.
