Wayne Munn

Wayne is passionate about developing relationships with his Corporate clients, understanding their business strategy and providing practical and commercial solutions. With broad international experience, he has worked with people of different cultures and businesses around the world. His clients include some of New Zealand’s leading businesses of scale. 

Wayne is committed to delivering value for his clients and helping businesses achieve their goals in Christchurch and the South Island. His commercial interests and expertise span a range of industries, including: agriculture, aquaculture, property, retail, tourism, technology, engineering, manufacturing, seafood, aged care and service industries.

As a Corporate Finance Partner in our Canterbury office, Wayne has more than 15 years commercial and senior management experience advising large organisations on mergers and acquisitions, valuations and strategy, dispute analysis and providing general corporate advisory services.

Wayne was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Ngāi Tahu Holdings Group, the commercial arm of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, where he assisted the Chief Executive and its leadership team to manage an investment portfolio worth more than $800 million (2011).

As partner and a proud Cantabrian, Wayne aims to make a difference in the region and wider community. He believes the future of Christchurch is key to the Canterbury region and the rest of New Zealand.
