Mark has spent the last 30 years working with clients to solve complex business problems, with deep expertise across both tax and business transformation.
As an experienced tax adviser, Mark works extensively in the property and investment sectors, including listed and unlisted property funds, privately held property vehicles, foreign institutions investing in New Zealand property, retirement villages, PIE funds and offshore share investments.
Alongside his tax work, Mark co-leads PwC’s Generative AI team, helping organisations understand and apply this technology to practical business challenges. He also spent seven years as PwC’s Chief Transformation Officer, leading the firm through a major period of technological change.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his children, and on Saturday mornings is often found on the sidelines coaching sports teams. He is also a passionate musician, and enjoys both listening to music and playing the guitar.
