Doug Shanks

Doug is driven by a desire to help organisations deliver business led technology transformation. With more than 18 years of experience across a broad range of sectors, he is passionate about leveraging his experience to support organisations in unlocking the sustained value that successful technology transformation brings. 

With a proven track record in technology delivery, his focus is on driving value for his stakeholders through ensuring quality delivery of technology transformation programmes, as well as leveraging his skills  across IT strategy, sourcing, and cost out to create holistic, business led technology change. Doug enjoys working with clients and stakeholders to help them understand and execute on their transformation agenda and is passionate about building strong, high performing teams to support delivery. 

Outside of work, Doug is a keen fisherman and diver, and lives with his partner Nicole in Tāmaki Makaurau.
