Tamara brings more than 20 years experience in risk management, governance and regulatory consulting with a background in Financial Services and Government. She has experience working in a range of international markets including the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Tamara has a deep understanding of the complexities that organisations face as they progress strategic priorities against a backdrop of increasing regulatory change. She regularly works with Executive Teams and Boards to help them optimise their risk and return profiles.  

Tamara supports clients across a range of consulting and advisory engagements including conduct and culture assessments and change programmes, risk transformation activities especially in consumer lending and complex regulatory change.

Previously Tamara held  roles encompassing investment and securities compliance, enterprise operational risk, AML/CFT, conduct risk, retail and consumer compliance, sanctions, technology risk and information security, fraud prevention and investigations and credit risk.
